I got this in an email, not sure exactly where it came from but it’s pretty cool. The image looks like it’s moving, doesn’t it? But actually it’s not an animation at all. It’s your brain that getting its circuits scrambled. You know how you can tell? Just cover most of the image with your hands and look at a small part. It doesn’t move. Amusing!

I write a lot of emails and IMs with smileys 🙂 and big smileys 😀 in them. It’s very effective. But there’s one that keeps coming up for which for some reason there’s no correct emoticon, at least as far as I know… I need an emoticon to denote a funny question. Haven’t you had that need 🙂 ? I need an emoticon to denote a funny question. Haven’t you had that need ? 🙂 See the problem? Is there one that exists or do we have to create a new one 😕 Technorati Tags: funny

A company that was launched at the Demo conference (which i am going to this year) is deploying in North Dakota: > “A trial balloon will be launched in the next few weeks to test the idea, said Schafer, who left office in 2000 after eight years as governor.” (from Associated Press) It just struck me as funny. (People ask: how much time does it take you to do a post every day in your blog? This one took less than 100 seconds. Would have been less if not for this parenthesized meta-joke.) So we’ve all heard about Facebook but only the ones of us who have a .edu email address can get an account. This was a source of envy for me. Nose pressed against the glass, I wanted to get inside to see what was going on. But of course I graduated college and so, how to get a .edu address? Simple. Just call your College’s Alumni department and generally they will be glad to issue you a .edu email address with which you can (legitimately) become a Facebook member. Yes, its for college students and alumni too! Technorati Tags: facebook
